Q: Who are we?

A: Stems & Such is a locally owned event decor and supplies rental company. We provide the highest quality silk flower arrangements at a fraction of the cost of real florals. We also offer large decor items and arrangements, such as flower walls, chairs, signage, pedestals, and arches. 

Q: How does it work?

A: Stems & Such is an economical solution to wedding, event, or photography decor. Select your preferred items from our shop and choose your rental duration (example: 1 wedding arch and 10 centerpieces for 3 days). Upon checkout, you will pay a safety deposit, and Stems & Such will deliver your items and signed rental contract starting on your first rental day. When your rental is up, Stems & Such will pick up your items. Easy and affordable!

Q: Where do you operate?

A: Stems & Such is a locally owned business in Kentucky. We provide rentals anywhere in Fayette, Jefferson, and Jessamine Counties. We may provide rental services beyond this area for an additional fee, on a case-by-case basis. 

Q: Do you ship rentals?

A: Stems & Such does not ship rental items at this time.

Q: Are you online only?

A: Yes! We operate as an online retailer only. 

Q: What kind of rental items do you offer?

A: Stems & Such offers a variety of event decor and supplies, including wedding or party arches, backdrops, props, signage, silk floral arrangements, chairs, and other decor items. Check back to the website regularly, we are always adding new items for rent! 

Q: Do you offer real or dried flowers?

A: We do not offer fresh arrangements or traditional florist services. We source luxury real-touch and silk flowers for the most realistic, and long-lasting, arrangements. 

Q: Do you offer free samples or a preview of the items?

A: We are unable to offer free samples or previews of our silk arrangements and props, however we encourage you to check out our gallery and social media to see our designs up close! We strive to provide the highest quality silk flowers. Customers are allowed to rescind a delivery but will not be refunded the delivery or safety deposit fees. If you loved our arrangements, please leave us a review! 

Q: Can items be rented for events other than weddings?

A: Of course! We highly encourage you to rent our items for whatever purpose you may have, like photo backdrops, staging a home or property for sale, corporate events, commercials and videography, birthday parties, vow renewals, baby showers, proposals, and more! Stems & Such is your one stop shop for your most creative decor ideas. 

Q: Do you offer funerary arrangements?

A: At this time, we do not offer funerary arrangements or services. 

Q: Are your items fire and water resistant?

A: Our items are not fire and water resistant. Any damage to rental items will incur a damage fee. 

Q: How do you reduce waste?

A: We believe items should be used as much as possible before they end up in a landfill or in our waterways. When items have gone beyond their use, they are either donated for other crafting purposes or broken down for new decor items. 

Q: Do you take custom requests?

A: We do not take custom requests for arrangements or decor props. However, we will make bespoke rental packages and agreements for customers who need items for periods exceeding 3-days, or for multiple rental items exceeding $2000. 

Q: Can I buy a rental item to own?

A: We are not selling any items to own at this time.
